by the sales office agent.
Under buyer agency, you have protection under the
laws of
agency, that I only represent you, not the
seller. I have a fiduciary duty to act in your best interests
at all times. The seller, in this case the builder, pays my fees, you do not. I would be glad to accompany you at any time, and we can sign in together,
preserving your right for representation further down the road.
