Hello, I’m Pia Soper
and welcome!
As you may be able
to tell from my web site, I aim to do things more than just a little bit
differently from others. Yes, I am a real estate agent, but far from the
“traditional” style of agent you might have previously encountered. The
world of real estate has, and is changing dramatically, as you the on-line
consumer is very much aware. We have entered a “New World” of ways to
gather information and the “Old Ways” are all but gone. I am dedicated to
bringing you up to date information and on-line service that you will find
hard to match. Once you have gathered information from my site, I
encourage you to bookmark the site and return as often as you like. When
you are ready to buy or sell, or if you have questions that you need
answered about real estate, there are many ways made available to you, to
contact me.
As you may have
guessed, I am originally from Australia but have now been in California
for the better part of 22 years. I absolutely love it here but, it’s hard
to completely forget my “Down Under” beginnings. I hope it shows!
Just a
little about my life….
I was born in
Canberra, Australia, to Estonian parents. I grew up in a rather small town
called of all things, Queanbeyan and went to school there. After graduating
High School, I went on to study Microbiology, Genetics and Chemistry at the
Australian National University. I graduated there with a First Class Honors
Bachelor of Science degree - something akin to a Masters Degree here. I
have spent a lot of time overseas with travel and work and finally met my
American husband in Saudi Arabia while I was working with the Australian
Embassy there. I came to California as a permanent resident in 1981.
My real estate career
began in 1989. I have been a valued member of Realty Executives in the
Santa Clarita Valley for 13 years, winning numerous Outstanding Sales Awards
for listing and selling homes. I have many happy client testimonials from
clients that have bought and/or sold real estate through me.
