Did you know that you can have representation in the purchase of your new construction home?  Many people erroneously think that if a realtor represents them, it causes them to pay more for the home.  This is not true. Builders are encouraging realtors to represent their clients in their purchase.  Realtors fees are not added to the cost of the home. 

You are usually asked to sign in when you enter their sales office.  If you do, then I may not represent you in the purchase.  You must be introduced to the tract by your realtor representative to preserve your right for representation, and it is important that you allow me to accompany you on your first visit.
